Shipping and Processing

Please allow 1-4 business days for me to process and pack your order. Shipping times range from about 2-7 days for orders in the USA, and anywhere from 7-28 days if you are outside the USA.

Currently all Snailerie.co products are printed and manufactured from local printers, then packaged and shipped out of Snailerie.co, in Rhode Island, USA. Since all orders are currently processed and shipped solely by me (Valerie Nelson at Snailerie.co), please bear with me as I am just a one-person team.

All orders should come with tracking information. Tracking companies may differ depending on your country. For orders in the USA, I ship through USPS. 

I offer the cheapest possible shipping rates that I can find while still ensuring tracking and insurance. Since shipping internationally still has somewhat high costs just for small stationery goods, I offer free shipping on orders of $50 USD or more. This applies to all orders, in the USA, and internationally. If you have any issues with your shipment, please contact me using the contact page.
